Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has expressed optimism that the visit and prayers of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, would enhance the state’s fortunes.
Governor Oyebanji made this statement in Ilogbo Ekiti during the RCCG programme, “Light up Ilogbo,” which coincided with the church’s annual December event, “Let’s Go a Fishing.” Speaking to reporters after the event, the governor described Pastor Adeboye’s visit as a positive development for the state, its government, and the people, especially as the new year approaches with high hopes and expectations.
